Welcome to the Speakers page for the very first Spain Festival of Education, a vibrant new gathering that marks the Festival’s exciting debut in Barcelona.
We’re delighted to begin announcing our lineup of speakers and the emerging programme. Expect a dynamic mix of classroom innovators, influential leaders, policy experts, and global thinkers, all coming together to share ideas, spark creativity, and ignite change.

Our first four Festival Keynotes set the tone for an inspiring and thought provoking programme. Francesca will challenge ideas of normal with her trademark wit and insight. Geoff Barton will explore the vital role of oracy and the power of speaking and listening in education. Psychotherapist Owen O’Kane will share practical strategies for strengthening mental health, resilience and wellbeing. Joining us from the United States, Richard Culatta will examine innovative learning and how to build healthy digital cultures in schools. Together, they span leadership, inclusion, wellbeing and innovation. More keynote speakers and exciting sessions will be announced soon.
